Loved working at Fledging, learned a lot about the startup world.

I enjoyed working here. The work was interesting and varied, and the company culture was strong, and the people great. The team was small and close - we're all different, but we all trust and respect each other as members of the team. As a startup, no day's the same. This was a good fit for someone who likes variety. Each member of the team was given a lot of responsibility. I would say the benefits were relatively strong for a small startup company. You're not going to make what you would at a large corporation, but the hours were also more manageable. Overall I would recommend working here if you're looking for an interesting role where you'll learn a lot, have a lot of opportunities for growth, was respected and valued as an individual and a member of the team.
