No diversity in thought leadership, and programs and solutioning are as current and cutting edge as Blockbuster is in 2024. - Backoffice depts are nearly entirely populated by backwoods ignorant good old boys who are vulgar, racist, and sexist. - Bad banking. As an employee I quickly closed my account because the controls are really poor, as is the technology. On numerous occasions I made deposits that went in random peoples accounts incorrectly.

The company will always back higher ranked employees and favor them for payouts and promotions without verifying if it is deserved. The company also has many loopholes that they will use against you if you miss days or decide to leave the company. I left 2 months after the quarter ended and they refused to pay me my incentive pay from the previous quarter.
