- Not competitive salary. Salary is poor which is easy to validate via any cursory research. - No outside knowledge or experience. Most of the employees have never worked anywhere else and as such, have very limited contributions. No diversity in thought leadership, and programs and solutioning are as current and cutting edge as Blockbuster is in 2024. - Backoffice depts are nearly entirely populated by backwoods ignorant good old boys who are vulgar, racist, and sexist. - Bad banking. As an employee I quickly closed my account because the controls are really poor, as is the technology. On numerous occasions I made deposits that went in random peoples accounts incorrectly.
