Pros
- A kind and empathic work culture that values staff mental health. - Work is challenging and interesting without being overwhelming. - Company has a non-hierarchical structure and everyones opinion is welcome. Even as we grow, anyone can easily reach out to CEO for a chat or to get advice. - Flexible working. - Great bunch of people to work with - everyone gets along which makes a day at the office really enjoyable.
Cons
- As with any growing tech company there are expected to be small issues, but leadership always does there best to resolve issues, or where they can't be immediatley fixed put a date to come back to them, so its easy to move past any problems.
