Management doesn’t communicate with the staff Company feels like an old boys club where people who aren’t qualified get promoted for being friends with leadership People in leadership gossip and don’t respect confidentiality Bad company decisions leading to no profits, constant restructures and everyone fearing for their job security

Amazing place to work honestly, the people make this business and are all willing to support each other to successes

They dont make a profit and leadership is terrible with business decisions and spending.
