Pros

The colleagues are the only nice thing in this company.

If you are considering to work here. here are few reasons of why you shouldn't: 1. Impossible Deadline 2. Weekly Policies (that is always created to reduce staff benefits or to implement funny rules ) 3. Project Coordinators that have no basic IT knowledge of software development cycle. They are only good at Microsoft office and giving impossible deadlines to clients without consulting the IT department. This is a culture in this company. 4. You want work life balance. Can forget about it if you join FPLE, as there is none. Every project is always declared a RUSH project. Hence you are required to work OT. This company pays for OT. but there is a catch there. If the project is delayed, in 99% of most case which will be delayed because of the impossible deadline given by the Project Coordinators to the client. Hence the OT amount will be capped to a fix amount regardless how many hours you worked for OT. So this OT pay thing is just a gimmick to attract people to work over time then get disappointed with the money given in the end

Pros

Nothing good things at here, just have many reasonable price food nearby by office.

Cons

1) During epidemic, Need open webcam during Work from home it feel stress, not privacy and make work not efficient due open webcam will make computer performance low. 2) As the IT firm also need worker come to office working, why not WFH even during CMCO and epidemic and government also encourage firm implement WFH, it can be see this firm not very care their staff healthy issues. 3) You can't take your bonus in once times, the firm will make it separate in 4 times within half year, this decision maybe avoid staff leave when they receive the all bonus in once. 4) This firm have two increment per year, but you wouldn't have your increment even you make achieve KPI over 80% but get nothing with the increment, you manager will only said "Need work hard get improved" sound like this. 5) Feel despair and hopeless in this company I hope the new joiner because join can see here review.

Pros

decent working space with coffee machine and fridge

Cons

poor company structure with lots of hierachy, seems like giving out many benefits but all comes with terms & condition, bonus is in cash basis, not declared in pay slip, only 8 ppl can take annual leave on the same day, for all unpaid leave your OT will be deducted. Charging premium rate to client but the output is similar to the medium cost product. Doing harmful businesses as well.
