      decent working space with coffee machine and fridge

      Cons

      poor company structure with lots of hierachy, seems like giving out many benefits but all comes with terms & condition, bonus is in cash basis, not declared in pay slip, only 8 ppl can take annual leave on the same day, for all unpaid leave your OT will be deducted. Charging premium rate to client but the output is similar to the medium cost product. Doing harmful businesses as well.

      Ability to work with incredibly smart people

      Cons

      Internal movement opportunities once you get to a specific level; it's difficult to move to a Director role in less than 5 years even if you have 20+ years experience

      managers onward title all can eat sheeet only.. top management can close eyes. all micro management companies but work come in last minute adjustments
