      Great team. Horrible CEO

      Pros

      Teammates are great at ET. Dev team are excellent, caring, and sharp. There's a real sense of comradery at the office.

      Cons

      CEO is flakey and will pivot over a weekend. CEO will gaslight whoever he needs to, without a second through or care. Their values aren't adhered to, in any way by the management team. Salary is well below average. Being bootstrapped isn't a reason to underpay the team. Management will tell you that they work weekends and expect it of the team as well, or "maybe you don't belong on the team"

      - Amazing people work here. Helpful, collaborative and fun - Product is super strong and has the potential to be No.1 Globally in it's category - Experimental Mindset in the Growth Department which is great for Marketers. The team lead is supportive and compassionate. - Ample room to pitch in ideas and a constant feeling of being heard - CEO is very Humble and Driven - lots of things you can learn from him.

      Cons

      - If you are seeking a company where things are just handed to you or you like maintenance work or dealing with ambiguity is not your thing; then ET is not for you. - If you like solving problems, creating processes, being experimental and working independently efficiently - Then ET is best place for you and your growth.
