      Great team. Horrible CEO - Manager Event Temple Employee Review

      Pros

      Teammates are great at ET. Dev team are excellent, caring, and sharp. There's a real sense of comradery at the office.

      Cons

      CEO is flakey and will pivot over a weekend. CEO will gaslight whoever he needs to, without a second through or care. Their values aren't adhered to, in any way by the management team. Salary is well below average. Being bootstrapped isn't a reason to underpay the team. Management will tell you that they work weekends and expect it of the team as well, or "maybe you don't belong on the team"

      Pros

      Everyone at Event Temple has been kind and helpful. No one hesitates to answer any questions that I had, and developers are eager to share knowledge. Overall, my time at Event Temple was a great learning experience.

      None that I can think of.

      Pros

      - Everyone on the team is great to work with. - A lot of opportunities to grow and learn, career-wise & personally. - Lots of unique and different projects to work on, always keeps you interested and learning more.

      Cons

      Sometimes there can be a lot on the go, but overall really enjoy everything at ET.
