Communication is horrible with office and it looks their mentality won’t change.

Pros
- 401K, dental & health insurance, additional employer contributions to HSA, and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) - Very supportive and open work culture. - Resources are available or made available, just as long as the employee asks. - Employee opinions are heard no matter what their position is in the company. - Ability to climb the corporate ladder (or get fair raises/bonuses) largely based on individual's performance and value.
Cons
- Internal programs still have a lot more room to grow, but are constantly improving overtime; a much higher company ceiling once this is solved or significantly improved. - Volumous workload at times, and employees must be willing to put in the extra time and effort in order to stay
