Pros
After suffering some major layoffs, the remaining core team is solid, talented, and focused. The company itself is under new management that is competent with a healthy focus on achieving success, not just talking about it.
Cons
A lot of work is needed to right the ship - maybe too much for those unprepared to be multi-skilled and dig deep during this transition phase.

Pros
Great customers who love using the Workplace solution that we helped them deploy. We also just changed CEOs. The founder was an alcoholic bully who lied to so many people and almost took the company down thanks to his and his wife’s poor management. Fortunately he finally quit and the new leadership are much more experienced and trustworthy.
Cons
The ex-CEO almost destroyed the company. He belittled everyone. Fought with all the partners. Spent money like there was no tomorrow and his incompetent wife who was running finance did nothing to stop him. Fortunately they both left but not before we had to pretend we were sad to see them go. Now we have to rebuild the company with a whole lot less people because the new CEO had to cut a lot of people to get costs under control. But at least I feel we are back on track.
