      Pros

      After suffering some major layoffs, the remaining core team is solid, talented, and focused. The company itself is under new management that is competent with a healthy focus on achieving success, not just talking about it.

      Cons

      A lot of work is needed to right the ship - maybe too much for those unprepared to be multi-skilled and dig deep during this transition phase.

      Great People, Family oriented culture who loves to win. This company has the right vision and the right approach of giving their employees to take over and shine.

      Cons

      This is truly a startup in the united states market. There are times where you have to be patient and believe in what you are doing. This is a marathon not a sprint.
