Pros
Good culture, people are pretty fun and lively for a desk job. It can be a flexible job with flexible hours depending on the season.
Cons
Sometimes you'll need to work later in the day (2-10pm) and that can mess with your social plans at times. But that's what you would expect from a call centre job.
