The staff sample sale was one of the best perks to buy gifts for family and friends, holiday discount codes were sometimes given out for family and friends as well. Compared to other retailers though, you unfortunately don't get a discount code that you can use year round for friends. (There's one for men's clothes to help promote that line, but none for women). Maternity leave benefits are worth calling out, as they were better than most. Encourage management to look into mental health days as their next step in promoting better work life balance for their employees.
