      Pros

      Offers descent compensation, good company to work for depending on which team you work for.

      Cons

      Changes to high deductible insurance with on other plans offered. Extremely click-ish. Flat management structure doesn't work as people choose not to help unless encouraged by someone they deem as authority. You will not get support needed if you enterprise services customer facing employee from many teams.

      Pros

      Even though changes take too long to happen, the company always does end up making good decisions on strategy or people. Overall very good company to work for that will give you cool and unique experiences. Products get better by the day.
