Great set of perks. Still not allowed to work 100% from home though

All in all, I thought this was a very comprehensive package offered.
We have generous extended health coverage, unlimited sick days.
They cover family planning drugs which is super rare.
No bonus program, but does have many other things that make up for it like sabbatical
Good benefits and option of RRSP shared plan after 1 year in the company (but other can offer it since day 1)
3 weeks vacation, full health package (dental, vision, prescriptions), flexible work schedule
It feels like family, they take care of you.
