- The folks at Zendesk Singapore are an incredibly talented bunch of people, with loads of passion and energy. - Some of their engineering stack is quite sophisticated and gives people lots of scope to learn. - The perks are quite incredible TBH
Cons
- Absolute chaos when it comes to following processes and streamlining. - Work ethic and professionalism is completely compromised in the name of maintaining 'culture'. Personally, I found the swearing and cussing quite childish and unnecessary.
