Pros
Positive workplace environment, you get plenty of customer interaction so it doesn't get boring, lots of benefits/discounts and socials through Waitrose and John Lewis on unrelated things like car insurance and driving lessons which was really good.
Cons
The work can get a bit repetitive, but that is more representative of the role than the company. Big emphasis on meeting mystery shopper targets so it can get a little stressful and you will sometimes be picked up on for the smallest things
