The structure designed for the company is great, but it's not implemented.
Cons
Archaic management of staff. Intimidation when you refuse overtime. Glaring preference given to certain employees. Prejudice comments made and ignored. Development of employees is not encouraged and supported. Employees treated as if toddlers in a nursery.
