Pros
Really great atmosphere and very sociable place to work. Everyones always there to lend a helping hand if needed and each department works together, rather than as completely separate teams.
Cons
Not many cons to add here, however the workplace does sometimes become quite hostile due to different friendship groups. But this is really minor and not specific to every branch!
