Pros
Great team atmosphere, very friendly culture, you feel as if you are part of something special and you get rewarded for your good work. You feel appreciated being part of the John Lewis Partnership.
Cons
It is a retail job after all, but if you are wanting to work in retail it would be a great choice, much better than its competitors. There is also plenty of opportunity for progression to management levels.
