Pros
Experience allowed across multiple roles, and dynamic working, as well as good pay for a college student. Most staff at the same level of power were friendly, and willing to help.
Cons
Management weren't understanding of personal issues, and seemed to push partners too hard so make themselves look good for their line manager, as well as not being sympathetic for new partners, and not accepting slowness when trying a new job.
