Obviously part of the John Lewis Group so great company to work for - take care of their partners - good discounts, staff benefits and bonuses. Good online 'Partner Link' for online confirmation of holiday entitlement, holiday booking etc.
Cons
Frustrating sometimes for good quality, high-calibre, part-time staff to be subject to management by full-time, less capable junior managers.
