Always overtime available, flexible with working times, most staff are really nice and creates a nice working environment. managers and branch manager normally help do shop floor work.
Cons
Some managers are incredibly overbearing and sometime treat younger staff like children (in my experience). Processes often change without you being told and then someone will tend to have a go at you for it like your expected to know,
