      Great team mates, great manager Creative environment, fun and friendly people Reasonable pace of work, flexible and good work life balance A place you can stay for a long time if you're looking for stability

      Cons

      CEO is good but otherwise very poor senior management in global headquarters Poor product / investment decisions and direction Low salary for general and admin roles, not valued as much as developers

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
