      Pros

      Ok for learning, you have opportunities to learn API testing, Automation, and other skills required for software testing

      Cons

      Chaotic upper management, lack of visibility on what's happening, lack of salary increases. Lately, I don't even feel secure about my job, as Tencent invested 25% of company market value and we have no visibility on what that means for us.

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
