      Pros

      Great studio, beautiful brands, huge firepower. Ability to evolve your career through the Montreal office and the other 25 studios. Most importantly: amazing people.

      Cons

      Getting huge comes with many challenges in terms of organization, IP management and sometimes the lowest common denominator wins, it can be frustrating.

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
