      Diversity of projects Nice offices Nice events

      Bad financial shape: ex employees are not replaced, so many projects get blocked at some point. There are no more long term positions: they end probation period automatically with no reason. Cross-functional collaboration is complicated due to heavy history between leaders for the past few decades Few managers unable to understand the new technologies do not let the expert do their job and take the lead

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
