      Pros

      - the people, the people, the people. Amazing and talented, highly knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with - life/work balance : good balance with 3 days in office, 2 at home. highly flexibility if personal problems arise - interesting and challenging projects to work on

      Cons

      - no vision, no clear idea in which direction to go - complicated work pipeline, too many decision makers - many unqualified people in important places that keep the company in a bad direction

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
