      Pros

      It’s a big company so the place is pretty and the party are great.

      Cons

      Well 3 years ago they told us the work from home was a thing that would never change and it was there to stay. Well, 2 years later they said you need to go at the office 40% of the month. Then a years after they said we needed to be there 3 time a week. After that, I couldn’t trust any thing from the direction.

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
