      Pros

      Diversity of the games, many extra activities such as gym, dance class.

      Cons

      People at the charge are the ones that got hired +10 years ago. A new employee (and since they hire over 100-200/year) doesn't get the change to grow and be appreciated like the ones who are leaders.

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
