      Great social activities after office hours Work life balance is highly encouraged Can learn many things from people in the same grade (eg. junior - junior knowledge sharing)

      Lower than market salary Pay increment is based on nepotism HR is missing the human aspect, employees treated as resources Director vision isn't always clear and often veto lower level decisions Leaders are not great at leading

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
