      Pros

      Overall work culture is very good. People are respected and recognised for their work. Work-life balance is good at Ubisoft India.

      Cons

      If you are in production, you are not always going to be a part of great projects. But the production unit is getting stronger. So India studio has great future for sure.

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
