Working conditions deteriorated, leading to the downfall of promising products and the exit of skilled colleagues. Despite the toxic environment and poor leadership, I managed to focus on side projects, ironically receiving full bonuses for minimal effort. However, the mass layoff of over a hundred employees just before Christmas, paired with extravagant parties, highlighted the company's mismanagement.
