      - Fantastic colleagues - HR is always supportive together with the managers - Open to different career developments - Incredibly talented and experienced people to learn from - Not afraid to risk - Great events - Interesting projects - WFH options

      - The studio’s location is not the best - The salary is average, but HR are open to negotiate

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
