Pros
+ friendly & diverse work environment (working with people from different studios across the world, with radically different expertises...) + as a french person living in paris, it feels great to be close from the decision center of an entertainment giant (won't be the same if you work for a US giant from france, in terms of impact) + at the forefront of the tech industry
Cons
- a risk averse company (justified by the evolution of the market: projects are more expansive in time, $$$ & people, so mistakes are expansive) - too many "dinosaurs" comfortably sitting at top spots without the will to fight to make things evolve
