      Only positive is I got a foot in the industry

      Cons

      Low pay Toxic managers High turnover (everyone is leaving) It's a horrible place to work and their culture of institutional harassment is very real and very bad.

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
