      Interesting projects with a good chance of commercial success. Friendly and supportive environment. Encouraged to grow and develop, given opportunities to do so. Chance to work with and collaborate with diverse global teams.

      Cons

      Salaries are on the low side. In such a large company there is always some inefficiency in decision making, and it can be hard to know how or why decisions have been made.

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
