Pros
1. Great working environment. 2. Loads of games to play and enjoyment. 3. Salaries at right time. 4. Extra benefits are paid. 5.Best place for testers to learn. 6. Work and life balance is really good. 7. Flexy timing.
Cons
1. No good project to work for artists. 2. No proper dedicated job title or job task. You have to be jack of all trade but master of none. 3. Because of this reason you can not focus on your future specialization job title. 4. HQ doesn't trust Pune studio to provide good project. 5. I don't know why they dare to use good game engines? It's weird. Because of this a big time of development being spend in R&D of some inefficient game engines. 6. Not good Salary scale. Poor increment and bad evaluation at the end of year.
