      Nice place to start but not a good place for a career - 3D Programmer Ubisoft Employee Review

      Good ambiance and lot of good programmers

      Cons

      After few years you start to see the limits. Ubisoft prefer to pay 2 or 3 mediocre programmer than to pay a really good one. All the good people i worked with left ubisoft for an other studio.

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
