      Pros

      Very easy going and flexible work environment. You are able to work in teams from abroad that have very deep knowledge about the industry and help you grow. That cant be said for the Studio in India.

      Cons

      People heading teams are just people who have stuck around in the company for longer and are not necessarily experienced or good at what they do. Salary is low and not compliant with industry standards.

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
