      The opportunity to work with great and talented people. Interesting brands and titles to work on Opportunity to grow with local staff and sharing across different studios of the group Management cares about people

      Cons

      The salary, benefits and compensation is not among the top of the industry. There are bonuses and compensation time to help though.

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
