      All of my colleagues are friendly, helpful people Large degree of freedom and autonomy Staff genuinely care for the quality of the product Good HR practices, tireless efforts to do things right

      Salary is low Some dated workflows (software/best practices) Tight deadlines contradict efforts to deliver best quality

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
