      Busy environment, lots going on and plenty of work to do. Good life/work balance for the most part.

      Cons

      Lots of upper management that sit back and watch everyone else do the hard work. Not enough accountability with management.

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
