      great gig or part time job or side hustle, meeting new people, great if you love driving and exploring new places, flexibility to set your own schedule, work when you want, drive during surge times can maximize earnings

      Cons

      low and unpredictable pay, sitting for long hours on the road, not an ideal full-time source of income, wear and tear if you own or finance your vehicle, tempted to eat fast food a lot more than usual

      Pros

      I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

      Cons

      The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
