      Pros

      The benefits are great, the pay is pretty good. Office is well stocked with snacks.

      Cons

      The training to become a Greenlight specialist is not nearly as in-depth as it should be. The training is 2 week total which includes 1 week of onboarding and another week of reverse shadowing. After training you still have to constantly ask for help from your teammates.

      Pros

      I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

      Cons

      The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
