No micromanagement, you get to design, run and track the projects you work on, with feedback and help from your team if you every need it. The company treats you so well, they are really just worried about you loving Uber and doing the best you can.
Cons
Everyone you meet will not tell you their opinion about Uber, whether they love it or hate it, or have a story about one random trip their third cousin took years ago. It is like being a dentist and everyone showing you they teeth. The amount of work and commitment you have leaves little room for free hours for your extracurriculars.
