      Pros

      Great engineers and people to learn from. Amazing internal tooling and processes

      Cons

      This was my first experience working in a North American company and I was surprised by the manager and accountability culture, when trying to communicate with some engineers, some of them didn't reply unless I talked to their managers or generated external incentives such as posting in a public chat and tagging them.

      Pros

      I love being able to work around truly passionate people who are ready to change the world. The culture is great, free snacks and food is big plus. I had the opportunity to take ownership of projects within my first month

      Cons

      The hours are much longer than any other job I've worked in, but this is expected to change as we continue hiring more help
