Very nepotistic culture. It used to be about building the technology, but now everything is so political. So many hidden decisions and conversations - the project you're currently working on is probably already canned, but you won't be informed until we're about to make the knowledge public. I've been spending ~80% of my time the past few months just writing documents. There are no opportunities for me to create anything anymore.
