Every change to the application is measured which makes measuring your impact easier Projects are deep and all encompassing Promotion process is pretty detailed so you know what's expected from you

Every change is measured so it takes a while to release new features New employees are probably overwhelmed if they haven't worked at a company of this size before Product often pats themselves on the back but don't give credit to engineers but this probably happens everywhere
